Graham Standing

Graham Standing was born and brought up in the UK, educated at Marlborough College and the University of Southampton, from where he graduated with First Class Honours in Iberian & Latin American Studies.

Since then, he has been resident in Spain, where he was actively involved in in-house Business English training and Language Consultancy for over 20 years. Having obtained the Institute of Linguists’ Advanced Diploma in General, Technical and Scientific Translation, he moved into industry, working freelance for several enterprises in the Forestry, Pulp & Paper, Shipbuilding, Import/Export and Metal Packaging sectors.

As a translator and interpreter of finance and technical subjects, he has forged relationships with a wide selection of companies in different sectors in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, and is a valuable asset to 4C-Burvale in those key areas.
